Hello! I'm Shelby, a dedicated nanny seeking a long-term position with a family where I can truly contribute. With a strong childcare background, I am kind, patient, creative, and reliable. Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, I prioritize exploration, autonomy, and self-expression, tailoring activities to each child's interests. I enjoy facilitating outdoor exploration and organizing playdates to enhance social skills and foster a love for the world around them. Since starting my professional nanny career in 2020, I have cared for over 18 children, from infants to 8 years old, and have experience with large groups, special needs, and diverse dietary requirements. I maintain strong relationships with former families and continue to visit them regularly. Outside of work, I love exploring nature, cooking, playing games, reading, and creating art.
