I currently am employed with a similar job. I work with individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have two jobs, so I am pretty busy. However I enjoy spending time with special needs individuals on the weekends and evenings and doing numerous activities with them. From previous experience, I have gone out to eat, bowling, shopping, and transported some to therapy. I encourage them to be positive, assist with every day life skills, and promote independence.
