My name is Shelby and I am currently a student at EMU pursuing a degree in nursing with the intent on becoming a pediatric nurse! I have cared for children in a daycare setting for 2 years and I also have been trained in senior care. While my experience in this specific area is limited, I am quick to learn new things and I am very excited to hopefully have the opportunity to provide such care. I am very caring, kind, and patient as well as creative with lots of attention to detail. I am more than open to doing additional tasks that may be asked of me. I feel that I will be able to create and provide a happy and nurturing environment for those I care for.
