I'm friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with both children and parents. Communication is key in childcare, and I make sure to keep parents informed about their child's day through verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they're comfortable and informed. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
