About Shelby

I am 27 years old and I love interacting with and caring for children. I have experience working with children in the childcare for about a year and 4 years working as a nanny , but overall 8 years of experience in nannying & babysitting . I am also DCF certified, CPR certified, & First Aid certified. I believe it is important to not only care for children, but to also be a leader and role model for children, considering they watch everything a grown person does. I am a Certified Dental Assistant and previously worked at a Pediatric Dental office and have earned my AA in Psychology at Hillsborough Community college. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician and have worked with many children on the austism spectrum and have a great amount of experience with other children that require special needs. I am currently working towards my goal of earning my Bachelors in Psychology at USF to become a Behavior Analyst.
