Shelby has been a hard worker her whole life. She worked at a horse stable from age 7-14 and cleaned stalls and tended to get horse. This was a lot of work for even an adult. She is a caretaker at heart from the Sr Living homes to the multiple nanny jobs caring for multiple children. The families were always sad to see her go (college etc). Shelby is good at deescalating children and Seniors and has great patience.
