I am an art educator who taught preK-6th grade for 3 years and at the college level for 2 years. I would love to help your student develop their creative talents! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, funny, and sincere. I like tutoring because I am able to do what I'm passionate about while having the flexibility to care for my family and pursue other creative endeavors. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and provides me with a sense of fulfillment. I started tutoring when I was in college when the football players had to take an art history course and needed a bit of help to pass the course! In my spare time, I like to garden, knit, and cook with my partner. I love hosting dinners in my backyard. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about art. It is a valuable skill to teach students so they bring curiosity and creativity with them anywhere they go. My skills include painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, knitting, crocheting, weaving, and more.
