About Shelby

Hello! My name is Shelby. I have been in the educational field for over 17 years and I have a degree in psychology! I started working with kids when I was in high school. I taught gymnastics, cheerleading and have babysat since I was 14. I have experience working with children all ages and with children with learning and physical disabilities. I like working with kids because they are so fun, interesting and bring so much joy to me! I absolutely love them and adore working with them so much! I currently volunteer at our church's childcare classrooms. I have previous experience being a nanny, babysitting and worked at a Mother's Day out program. I love to share the love of learning and hands-on play, inclusion, diversity, and gentle parenting. I love reading, signing, music and having fun with kids!
