I have a bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies from CSULB and am dedicated to my passion of working with children! I am a mommy to a 3-year-old little boy and a 2-year-old little girl and our newest member, our 2-month-old baby boy! I am looking for a family who would be open to me nannying along with my kids! I love working with all ages from 0 - 6 years but have most experience in newborn and toddler ages. I am very responsible, nurturing, and committed to making my families comfortable and feel like they are a part of my own! I love to stay physically active and spend a lot of time outside with my little ones. I have reliable and safe transportation and would be able to fit extra car seats for running around. Would be a great opportunity for a built-in playmate! :)

There are some people put on this earth to care for children and Shelby is absolutely one of them. She is an amazing caregiver and mother and we feel truly blessed to have found her. When we were originally looking for childcare I hadn't considered an in-home daycare situation, however within minutes of meeting Shelby and seeing her awesome space I knew it would be a safe and enriching environment for our then 14 month old. Our son ate healthy appetizing meals and snacks, spent lots of time outside in their wonderful backyard, learned how to interact with and make friends and always came home with a big smile, clean diaper and some sort of fun creative project! Shelby is incredibly patient and loving and truly knows how to respond to the spectrum that is infant/toddler/child behavior. She was an amazing communicator and treated and loved my child as if he was her own. I couldn't recommend her more. Thank you Shelby!
