About Sheila

As a patient and friendly childcare provider with three years of experience, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development. My positive experience in previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career where I can make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe open communication with parents is key, so I provide regular updates on their child's day and address any issues that arise promptly, following their preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. To keep children engaged and learning, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including educational games that promote learning and technology-based games and apps. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am happy to help with light housekeeping and travel if needed. I hold a graduate degree from USC.
