Sheila was my son’s nanny for 10 months (he was around 3 months old when she started). We decided to move closer to work so couldn’t continue with Sheila. She’s great with my son - every day when Sheila arrives, my son is super excited, races towards her, and welcomes her with open arms. She regularly takes him on walks, reads to him, teaches him words, and plays with him. When we decided to nap train him and asked her to follow instructions, she did, which was great. While my son is sleeping, she cooks for him or does his laundry. In addition, she’s always super punctual. The rare times she is running late, she’s proactive about giving me a heads up. Sheila is a great nanny - I would recommend her!
