As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. With eight years of hands-on experience, and working in special education for 15 years in HCPSS. I've had the privilege of supporting families and offering reliable childcare solutions. My approach is grounded in patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor, which allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I firmly believe in fostering open communication with parents. I provide written daily reports, engage in verbal communication and offer regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable taking on this responsibility. I believe in creating a structured and safe environment for children while also encouraging their independence and self-expression.
