They have so many life experiences and stories to share. I started caring for seniors a few years ago. It's been such a fulfilling experience, and I've learned a lot from spending time with them. My top 3 senior care skills would be patience, communication, and empathy. Patience helps me handle different situations calmly, while communication ensures that I understand their needs. Empathy allows me to connect with them on a deeper level.
