About Sheila

With a strong foundation in caregiving and family support, I bring dedication and hands-on experience as both a caregiver and a personal assistant. As a mother of two and a devoted grandmother to four grandchildren (ages 2 to 21), I understand the complexities of raising and supporting children of all ages. Additionally, my role as a personal assistant included caring for four other children for an entire year, further enriching my adaptability and caregiving skills. I feel my extensive real-world experience has thoroughly equipped me to provide exceptional care. I also completed and passed an Adult/Child. CPR & First Aid class.
