About Sheila

I'd describe my personality as caring, dependable, and trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because I feel like their health circumstances are sudden and often limiting. Many Seniors find their health unpredictable and if I can make the day better by providing that extra help, perhaps that same care will be there for me one day. I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility and dignity. I know that providing care and respite for others comes with both. I started caring for seniors when my mother had a major colon surgery in 2023 and my in-laws needed care after rehabilitation in 2024. In my spare time, I like to play golf, fish, hike, and camp. One thing you should know about me is my foundation is solid with over 30 years of parenting and marriage. My life goals of giving are fulfilled by helping others and continuing to grow in my faith. My skills include physical therapy, meal prep, and hygiene improvements.
