I have been working in childcare professionally (childcare center and private nanny) for 10 years! At my childcare center I was primarily in the infant room, but when needed I floated throughout. I left the job the end of 2014, and started to nanny (my current family) in the following months. I now have been with them for going on 9 years! Responded to my messages initially and the day before she was to start she went MIA. No responses back to me after several attempts. Now I have no childcare for tomorrow although she committed to the position. Really disappointed!
