When it comes to assisting individuals with special needs, I have two siblings that are on the autism spectrum and one of them is 10 years old. He is nonverbal still in diapers. One of my sisters. She is a little higher on the spectrum but there is a developmental delay. I also help assist my aunt with Special Olympics. She is as well on the spectrum. She is 40 years old. However, mentally she is 11 years old. I have worked with special needs students in the school system as a paraprofessional. I have also worked while I was in high school with the special education program. Right before Covid I was working at the autism center as in ABA.
