About Shay

I have two years of experience as a fourth-grade teacher and six years of experience working in an afterschool program, where I supported students from kindergarten through fifth grade with their academics. I specialize in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons and providing individualized support to help students grasp challenging concepts. I'm skilled at building positive relationships, encouraging confidence, and adapting my teaching style to meet each student's unique learning needs.
