I have 4 years of experience between the ages of 1. 5-13. I was a live-in mommy's-helper for two years, assisting her with her 7 and 13yo. Both are neuro divergent, the 13yo struggles with major mental and physical health issues. I nannied a 2yo who also experiences some health issues, so I am well versed with children who need extra help. I worked as a Montessori assistant teacher (ages 1. 5-3. Up to 12 kids at a time) and nannied a family of 4 (twin 2yo, 6 and 8yo) so larger groups are not intimidating. Montessori school taught me to treat kids like little adults (Respecting boundaries and intense feelings. Independence!). I am good with staying on a schedule but can also go with the flow. I'd love to integrate activities such as music and story time to stimulate little minds, as well as activities geared to practice gross and fine motor skills. Kids always love my colorful hair and tattoos! I am licensed and insured and fully vaccinated.
