About Shayla

Hello! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, spunky. I like working with kids because I love watching them become their own individual people. It gives me so much to look forward to for when I become a mother! I have such a maternal instinct and cherish providing care any chance I get. I'm looking for a job that brings out the best in me, but also challenges me in places that I lack confidence. I started working with kids technically when my siblings were born. But, have always babysat friends and families children since I was around 12 years of age. In my spare time, I like to take my dogs for walks, read, draw, and indulge in tasty treats! One thing you should know about me is, I take pride in caregiving and I can always put my best foot forward and offer the best care possible. It's more than a job to me, building bonds and relationships is so important. Especially in a career as special as this one! My skills include patience, communication and creativity.
