I have been caring for children from infancy through 12 years since 2009. My child philosophy is that every single child is unique and how they will respond is different from child to child. I strongly believe there is a place for fun and adventure, but there is also a place for structure, boundaries, and routine. I found Shayla on care.com and she has been an answer to my prayers! I never thought I would find someone like Shayla... She is everything and more... Most importantly, she is amazing with my two boys who are Five and one years old. My 5 year old begs for her to come over, and my clingy one year old get so excited to see her! She also helps with things around the house that I don't even ask her to do! I would be more than happy to speak to anyone who is interested in Shayla. She is an absolute blessing and we all just adore her!
