We hired Shayla through care.com to help out with my 80 year old parents. My parents loved her and considered her part of the family. She was so kind to them and truly cared about their well being. She would text or call us if she thought there was something we needed to know - for example that someone needed to go to the hospital, etc. She did a lot of errands for them and drove them to many appointments every week. She learned quickly what they liked and disliked and I trusted her completely to be with them. We will definitely miss her!
