She was so good with my animals, (I have 5 pets) I've never had someone follow the steps I've given them and actually follow through with it 100%, my animals are pretty picky when it comes to having someone new in their home and they welcomed her and didn't even bark. My animals did require medicine daily and she did exactly what I needed to be done. I am very pleased with her work!
