I hired Ms Shawn to care for my children 2 weeks ago Ms Shawn did not take good care of my home while watching my children she did not fully watch my children allowing them to completely good into things they should not have access to. On 9/26/24 Ms Shawn was 1 hour late picking up my children from school and the school had to contact me while I was at work to inform me that no one had picked up my child. Ms Shawn did not give any notice to me prior to me talking with the school about not being able to pick my children up on time so that I could find other arrangements. When I addressed the issue with Ms Shawn she was very passive about being late and was not remorseful or apologetic about anything. That was Ms Shawn’s last day working for me. I explained to Ms Shawn that I would pay her Friday 9/27/24 for the services she had worked that week and I also requested the return of my house key, my daughters car seat, and my sons speech device for therapy. I have yet to receive any of my belongs. Ms Shawn keeps stating she will bring everything to me but has yet to deliver my property. I had to file a police report and change the locks to my home.
