I personally have not had a one on one basis with a special needs child, but I have experience dealing with older people who have dementia, multiple sclerosis, and many other disadvantages. I currently am employed as a CNA but also have a couple of home health residents during the day for a couple of hours. I thoroughly enjoy caring for other people who are unable to care for themselves. I am empathetic to their needs and I work diligently with each individual.
