About Shawnee

I'm a caregiver who's passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth. I have two kids ages 2 1/2 and 9 months that would be with me. My four years of experience have given me the skills to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have experience caring for up to three children at once, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I'm patient, calm, and always looking for creative and imaginative ways to engage children in fun activities that promote learning and development. I believe that play is essential for children's growth and development, so I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with them. I value open and honest communication with parents and believe in regular updates about their child's day. I'm happy to communicate in person at pick-up, via text, or by phone call, whichever the parents prefer.
