Previously I worked with two families; The first family I worked with had a special needs 9-year-old son whom I take care of a couple days during the week and also provide light housekeeping. This turned to 5 days a week and I stay with them till he went off to college. I provided both nanny and housekeeping services. As he developed, I would take him to after school classes, to the park, meals i. e. snacks, and dinner, read bedtime stories and pack his bag for the morning including anything that would be required for school as needed. My duties besides childcare included light cooking, cleaning, and ironing if needed. They also had a dog that suffered from seizures which we would take for walks, feed, administer medication and sometimes bathe the dog. I also worked as a personal assistant for another family with 2 teenager sons and a dog that also required regular medication. I worked with both families over 10 years and it was an absolute pleasure.
