Registered Nurse experienced in providing care for children and adults with mental/physical disabilities, hospice, Psychiatry (child and adult) home health care, older adult care including Alzheimer's, physical impairments, wound care, chronic/terminal illnesses. Provided skilled nursing care in various facility and home settings including but not limited to activities of daily living, all forms of medication administration (including IV, injections, feeding tube, inhalation and by mouth) surgical and pressure wound treatment, incontinence/catheter care, assessments/exams, patient/family educatuon, pain management, infection control, operation of various types of medical equipment, emergency medical services (military) and collaboration and coordination with other healthcare providers/services.
