About Shawna

Hello, My name is Shawna and I have been caregiving for approximately 15 years. I have found my passion working with the elderly and the majority of my experience includes working with clients that have dementia, depression, diabetes, CHF, stroke, hip replacement, hospice care, just to name a few. I love to cook and am exceptionally good at cooking heart healthy and diabetic meals. I go above and beyond to make sure my clients live their best lives, whatever that may be while taking into consideration their situation. I take pride in bringing a little light into their lives. I also enjoy getting my clients involved in crafts, gardening, shopping, reading, games, and if the situation permits, scenic drives. Because of my caring work ethic I have earned excellent references from the families of the clients that I have cared for.
