About Shauna

My name is Shauna! I am a junior at Kutztown University, living off campus in Kutztown. I major in elementary education with a minor in psychology, so I have gained lots of knowledge and experience with children though the last 3 years. I love caring for kids and can't wait to teach in an elementary school once I graduate! I babysat for some families in Kutztown during my freshman and sophomore years, but got a job at a daycare last January and took a break from babysitting. I still teach at a daycare, but now I'm looking for extra work and experience! I have babysitting experience with children from 1-6 years old, professional experience as an infant, toddler and preschool Assistant Group Supervisor at daycare, and a great understanding of child development from my college classes. I am also certified in First Aid (including CPR, infant CPR, and AED) and have many clearance documentations from working in childcare/ observing in schools for my classes.
