I think patience and compassion are essential. This is a job that requires a lot of tolerance for challenging situations and communication. I began working for a DSHS in '05 consecutively until '21. I went back in '24 specializing in adolescent boys on the Autism Spectrum. I provided out of Home Service to ages 8-21 in long-term placement that are at risk and unable to remain in their homes. In my spare time, I am with my two school-aged children, & taking pride in my personal self-care and Mental Health. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable dedicated and thrive off of seeing my clients growth and personal development. My skills include empathy, patients, and reliability. Effectively adapting to one's individual needs as well as communicating efficiently to earn trust to build a healthy relationship.
