Sharyn (Tracey) worked for us as a full-time nanny to our growing family for 4.5 years. She basically raised both of my children from birth to 4.5 and 2.5 years old. Tracey is, and forever will be a beloved part of our family. She is caring, dependable, reliable and trustworthy- and kids love her. She is wonderful with babies and young kids- always finding fun, age appropriate activities for them to learn and engage. Her background as an educator allows her to infuse learning and sensory experiences into almost everything she does. She has struck the balance of encouragement and nurture that allows children to discover their independence and self-reliance. She also had reliable transportation.
