Sharron has been caring for my 5 year old in the afternoons for 8 months, and has been a great influence on him by being a firm yet kind figure. She has helped him conduct himself in a respectful manner and politely. (Very helpful as he has some behavioral challenges.) Sharron takes him to his after school activities, but they are also always out at the park or library or play places, and my son has an absolute blast. He likes to call her and chat, so you can see they have a strong bond.
