About Sharon

Hi, my name is Sharon. I am originally from New Zealand and have lived in the United States since 2001. I have three grown children, and two grandchildren. I have worked with children most of my life. In New Zealand I was employed in a daycare center for a year. Shortly afterwards I was hired as a Nanny/Household Assistant for several years. Since moving to the U. S. I have been employed as a Nanny for four different families in the Louisville/Jeffersonville area, caring for newborns - teenagers. Working with children has always been such a wonderful experience for me. Helping them develop their fine motor skills, teaching them to crawl and walk, and helping them to develop emergent reading skills is always rewarding. We have a lot of fun during the day as well. I always strive to provide the best quality care, making sure to meet the individual needs of each child. I pride myself in being honest, dedicated, reliable, and hard-working.
