About Sharon

Experience child care worker for 12 1/2 years at a group home. This was home for the boys. I tried to make them as happy and comfortable and loved, as I could. The residents were between the ages of 8 and 15 years old. I monitored the boys while on shift. I communicated with the social worker and staff. Any incidents were documented and discussed at the monthly meetings, which topics were discussed on children's behavior/ health etc. I enjoyed working with the residents. Upon embarking on private child care services, I had the pleasure to care for newborn twins. I had a lot of fun with the infants as they got older, especially as they became very close to me and would smile and laugh as soon as they saw me. I also have four grandchildren which I interacting with, when they were young. I enjoy caring for people in general, and I have a passion for just caring. Being attentive-safe-patience - prompt-humble-creative-caring. Communication is very important. I am open for conversation.
