I have managed homes for adults with disabilities and have done plenty of cleaning and organizing, including for homes that need a little extra care. My rate of $15 is for BASIC cleaning only, and sometimes only after a deep cleaning, if required. Rates are $15-45 hr. I offer specialty cleaning, such as the following: steam water only for chemical sensitivities, and/or natural cleaning, essential oils (if preferred), deep cleaning, including hoarder situations. Price depends on the job. Hazardous situations, such as potential dead animals, fecal matter traces, will cost more. All natural cleaning is not available for hoarder situations, but perhaps for follow up cleaning. Some situations require masks; this type of cleaning is more time consuming and requires equipment. I do all my own cleaning, but subcontract for carpet, so cost will be separate if you wish me to coordinate that. Let me know how I can help and we can schedule a meeting.
