Sharon cleaned our apartment and salon, but her work became inconsistent. Despite clear feedback, critical tasks were left undone—such as food crusted on the oven, crumbs on the stove and counter, dirt on the floor around a desk we had specifically addressed, and lights left on in the salon, which the landlord had already sternly warned about. When we raised these issues, Sharon did not commit to improving and instead abruptly terminated her services, canceling a pre-scheduled deep cleaning before Thanksgiving. We never asked for a refund; we simply communicated our expectations for the future, even offering to pay more for cleaner results. We wouldn’t recommend her to anyone who values attention to detail and reliability.
