Sharon worked with my family to care for my mother for approximately 5 years. She has been nothing short of exemplary. In addition to demonstrating the finest qualities and virtues of an employee, she developed an exceptional relationship with my mother that brought an incalculable comfort to her mind and spirit. The last years have provided their share of exceptional situations such as extreme weather, other aides leaving abruptly, a fire in our building, changing needs in my mothers care and a multitude of complex circumstances that arise from time to time as life proceeds. No matter what challenges occurred, Sharon remained dedicated to my mothers needs and well being above all else. She quickly earned the trust and confidence from all of us. I have also found Sharon to be resourceful and have good instincts when having to address new situations. Her awareness and commonsense allows her to navigate non-prescribed situations with ease and flexibility.
