Charlie has been the best nanny we’ve ever had! She’s a natural and has done wonders for our 3.5/4-year-old, helping him grow more confident and independent. She cared for our baby from 5 to 10 months, helping with milestones like sitting, crawling, and starting solids. She planned fun outings, handled preschool pick-ups, and always found creative ways to engage the kids. We can’t say enough good things about Charlie—she’s kind, dependable, and amazing. We feel so lucky to have had her!
