As a caregiver with 15 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's development. My journey in childcare started with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for caring for little ones. I am patient, calm, and friendly, which helps me connect easily with children. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of contact, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. My approach to playtime includes a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also enjoy incorporating educational games that promote learning.
