Sharizaan (“Shari”) has been a wonderful constant in our home. She anticipates the needs of children and adults; she can comfort children ranging from infants to toddlers to teens. She capably handles the needs of two infants or toddlers at once while also planning the next meal she might prepare for them. She multitasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude, which spreads to the children in her care. Shari is incredibly loving; children and babies are drawn to her. She is our son's favorite person, and he is gleeful every morning when she walks through our door. She is also responsible and has capably assisted our household immensely in day-to-day functioning. She shows up reliably on time and has taken remarkably few days off. You would be lucky to have Shari caring for children in your home.
