Sharane was hired to be our weekend caregiver. The first day she was to begin work, she texted that she had a cold and would not be able to work. Several days later, I texted her to find out how she was and to ask if she intended to honor her job commitment. She never responded from that day to this. She appeared very professional and trustworthy at the interview, but her behavior certainly was not.
