As a creative caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly, rule-oriented nature makes me approachable to children of all ages. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I maintain open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I'm happy to adapt to the parents' preferred communication method. My love for outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational apps makes playtime fun and engaging. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have taken child development coursework, childhood psychology coursework along with being employed by the SCUSD district and an after school program.
