About Shanon

Having pets all of my life taught me responsibility at an early age, I've take care of ducks, hamsters, dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, mice, and even a burrow named Mini when I was 10. I'm an animal lover to the core, it doesn't matter to me what kind it is I just love being around them. In my teens I volunteered at a small animal rescue in Idaho taking care of wild animals, I also worked full time at Evergreen Pet here in the Spokane Valley for about two years just out of high school, it was probably my most favorite job. Since that time I've had different pets and have taken care of pets for friends and family who need someone to care for them when they go out of town or just when they are short on time and need someone to take them for a walk etc. I currently have a 7yr old Basenji named Indie who thinks she rules the house, and two cats named Frankie and Delilah who also think they rule the house... it's a constant battle.
