Shannon was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about Shannon as a care giver. She made her self available for a phone call ahead of our first booking to ensure clear communication and expectations. She was punctual, reliable and was willing to check in as little or as often as we wanted. She asked us all about our expectations for bedtime ruteine, mealtime, potty/ diapers, screen time and acceptable use of art materials. She even brought her own craft projects and toys with her to entertain the kids. Perhaps most importantly, she was really great with the kids; the way she spoke with them, engaged them and held limits. She also got our little one to cooperate with teeth brushing and go to sleep without mom. (A small miracle). We wish we lived closer to Shannon so we could request her more often!
