Shannon was an excellent caregiver. She’s smart, funny, personable, punctual and top notch when dealing with children. Great balance of winning them over while still maintaining structure, order and boundaries. She is an expert at time management which is rare in a sitter and also very dialed in to our needs as parents for things like cleaning up, preparing for bed, brushing teeth, etc. Shannon is a fantastic choice and I hope to keep in touch with her for more engagements in the future.
