About Shannon

Hi! I currently work as a part time virtual learning tutor for a great family in Portland, and have some free time in my schedule which will allow me to offer my services to another family in need of some support during these turbulent times. I know a lot of folks are having difficulties wearing so many hats in the lives of their children, now it's even more challenging as you're expected to be a stay-at-home teacher on top of your other important roles. A third party participant can (and does based on my experience) serve to streamline the online learning process and allow kiddos to have a less convoluted and stressful relationship with their parents. I've been working with everyone from teens to infants for many years, and am comfortable providing tutoring for all general studies. On top of being an in-person guide to curriculum, I am skilled as a responsible and compassionate accountability partner for any individuals needing some extra help.
