Shannon is a very caring, warm, trustworthy, and respectful person. She loves her job and it shows! She has spent many years studying child development, and takes her responsibilities very seriously. By this I mean not only the daily responsibilities as they relate to the job, but also, and more importantly, she understands the influence she has on the young lives she is trusted to care for.
