Shannon is very timely and organized! She doesn't hesitate to pick up extra shifts when needed or asked. She is very reliable and has a very caring attitude towards everyone. She loves going out doors and setting up fun projects and crafts for kiddos! She also takes time to listen to the child's needs and wants and helps them achieve what they are asking/ wanting!
