My schedule with my own kids determines my availability. It's very important for me to be there for my kids when they need me. That being said during the hours they are at school, I'm 100% dedicated to your little one(s)!!

We feel so incredibly fortunate to have had Shannon as part of our family for the past 1.5 years. As first-time parents, we were naturally nervous about going back to work and ensuring our baby girl was in good hands. From the moment Shannon stepped in, she not only put our minds at ease but also provided the support and reassurance we had hoped for. My husband and I both work from home remotely, so we also appreciated how seamlessly Shannon fit into our day-to-day routine. Her calm and experienced presence allowed us to trust her with our newborn instantly, knowing our little girl was in the best care. At the same time, she always respected our wishes and made space for us to figure out our own parenting style, never imposing, but offering gentle advice when we needed it. Watching our daughter grow from a tiny newborn to a curious toddler who learned how to quite literally run to the door every day to greet Shannon with the biggest smile and hug, we saw how much she became a part of our family—her care, love, and dedication were beyond anything we could have hoped for. We will forever be grateful for her support, the lasting impact she made on our new family and the special bond she shares with our daughter. Any family would be incredibly lucky to experience the same care we received.
